What to contact the sportsbook directly for
Because offshore sportsbooks operate outside US state regulation, we have no authority over account balances, withdrawal delays, disputed bets, verification (KYC) requests, or bonus crediting. Those issues need to go straight to the operator's own customer support team — usually available through live chat or email once you're logged into your account.
