A startup is a project that needs to have a scalable business plan, and Youcanevent strives toward that objective.
We are already working in several cities around the world such as: Porto, Los Angeles and London, and have several suppliers and services available to meet the needs of any client.
Since we are a Startup, we have a strong and innovative business model which allows us to have several keywords that do not belong in our competitor’s dictionary, such as: joy, quickness, availability and flexibility.
To see an example of our work, check out this video interview with the Vancouver Economic Commission.
This event happened after our Free Event Consulting meeting, and for our customers we have a 24/7 team, ready to answer any and all concerns within the 24-hour time frame.
We are able to provide a majority of our services online, however if necessary, we can also book a meeting in person to make sure that you have the best customer experience possible.
By delivering 110% to every customer, in a certain way, we are going against something that often happens in the event planning business: when several suppliers or services take an unacceptably long time to answer to the customer’s request. We’ve found that it takes an average of 3 to 4 business days minimum to complete requests, until now.
With our 24h Quick Response, we are adding more value to our service, and rising to meet the hopes and aspirations of our customer’s event needs. This service is also part of our Quality Certificate that we guarantee to every customer.
If you, or someone you know needs a quick response to something that he or she is planning, book a meeting and talk with us anytime, anywhere!
A quick solution to event needs is the best present that you can offer a friend.
