How do I design my virtual environment?

Once you purchase the best package for your event, an account manager and designer are assigned to your virtual environment. They work with you throughout the creation process and until your event is finished.

Do I need a VR headset?

No, you don't need a VR headset to attend a virtual event.

You can join any event, concert, or retail store simply by using your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Number of attendees is divided in two categories:

a) Number of Avatars
b) Number of Viewers.

The number of avatars is related to the package you selected (small: 100; medium: 1000; large: 10,000). The number of viewers is unlimited, however, they cannot engage with others.

What is the max number of avatars in one session at a time?

This depends on the package you choose. For small capacity events, you can have up to 100 avatars. For medium size, you can have up to 1000. Lastly for large capacity events, you can have up to 10,000.
